Understanding AC Heat Exchanger Function

The condenser mounts in front of your radiator and releases heat from refrigerant after the compressor pressurizes it. The evaporator allows refrigerant to expand and evaporate, absorbing heat from cabin air blown across its surface. A fan circulates this cooled air through your vents.
